La ubicación maravillosa, la vista hacia el volcán espectacular.

El desayuno era muy completo y de calidad. La atención de las personas de recepción era excelente y en todo momento hicieron lo posible para ayudarnos a estar cómodos y en las mejores condiciones. El hotel es totalmente recomendable en todos los aspectos en relación con el resto de alojamientos; en nuestro caso hemos repetido por segunda vez en el Atlantis y volveríamos a hacerlo.

Das Beste war definitiv die atemberaubende Aussicht von meinem Balkon aus - meiner Ansicht nach die Beste auf ganz Santorini - gerade auch zum Sonnenuntergang! Das Personal ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend, sehr professionell. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr sauber, alles da, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt - man kann leicht Fira erkunden, aber ebenso einfach vom nahe gelegenen Busbahnhof in alle Orte der Insel gelangenen. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist gut.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Al lado de todo y con la posibilidad de llegar con coche. La vista increíble. Permanentemente ves una postal desde tu balcón. Además todos los días tenes ahí la caída del sol. Una maravilla

景色が最高。 フィラの中でも立地は良い方だと思います。 端の方にあり、フィラの街並みが見渡せます。 私が泊まった部屋はボルケーノビューでしたが、窓を少し乗り出せば、街並みが見えました。 もっと良い部屋に泊まれば、窓からそのまま見れそうです。 テラスからでも景色は見えます。 スタッフも名前を覚えてたりと対応良かったです。

Das Beste am Hotel Atlantis ist definitiv die Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick zur Caldera und konnten uns nicht satt sehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und man darf dieses auf der Terrasse mit diesem unglaublichen Ausblick geniessen. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und man kann dort in Ruhe entspannen und die Kreuzfahrer beobachten, die sich den Berg hochquälen.LOL

Great location, caldera views without having lots of stairs to access the hotel. Right near the shops restaurants in Fira. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic views! Great location (don't have to walk down a bunch of stairs into the cliff face, it's right at the top, and cars can drive right up to it). Staff were exceptional.

What a lovely 4 days we have just spent at the Atlantis Hotel, Fira. The hotel is in a great location on the Caldera of Fira. Santorini itself is a beautiful island, famous for it's magnificent sunsets over the water and surrounding islands. The hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, a short one, but it is steep. We arrived and the helpful lady on reception informed us that we had the best room in the hotel. I thought this welcoming sweet talk but I now know that room 10 really is the BEST spot to watch the sunset! Whilst all the crowds were arriving by boat, bus, taxi to see the sunset from Fira, we were able to plot up on our bed, open up our balcony door, put on our sunglasses and watch the sunset from right there. Perfect view and very romantic ;-) A view recommendations from us: 1. Airport. Really small and doesn’t cope well with the amount of flights which arrive on the island! Taxis are sparse and they try and fit 2 couples per taxi to share. We paid €20 euro per couple to Fira on arrival but still had to walk our cases up the steep hill. After exploring, we now know that the bus is easier, leaving every 20 minutes and costs €1.80 each! Makes the walk up the hill a bit more bearable! The bus station is at the bottom of the hill, through the cross roads, just to the left. No more than 5 minute walk. 2. Bars: If you come out of the hotel and walk along the caldera, take the second set of steps down on the left hand side to a bar named Café Bar Villa Renos, lovely platform to take in the view and the local beer is served in a chilled glass! Good spot for the sunset, or pre dinner. Another bar which offered a fantastic night time view of the Caldera all lit up was Kastro. This is located about a ten minute walk away from the hotel, almost directly opposite the Cable Car entrance. Don't eat here though, we didn't enjoy the food. 3.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! And the VIEW..... Thank you Atlantis Hotel, see you in 2 years.

The location was outstanding, perfect situation in the prime area of Fira. Views over the caldera and volcano were some of the best I have ever seem. Staff at hotel were amazing too.

The location was central and the views were beyond words, amazing ! You step out of the hotel and you are in the heart of Thira - the spot cannot be beaten. The staff too were very helpful to the point where we missed breakfast one morning and Gerasimos (staff) saw us leave for the day and offered us croissants to go ! Without being prompted. We will be back ... thanks Atlantis Hotel

The communications with the Atlantis staff was always prompt and answered all questions and requests. When we arrived, everything was in place and everyone was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. I simply can't say enough good things. The breakfast, the view, the location was all above our expectations. The staff did everything to help with planning and even changed a room for us upon arrival.

The staff was dry not rude but not engaging

Breakfast was good with plenty of options. A menu offering some additional items (omelette) would be nice. An upgrade to the top floor was awesome as the sunset view was stunning. That said the restaurant terrace view is still spectacular.

It’s in the Center of Fira,3-5 mins walk to bus terminal and staff were so helpful and kind....they even prepared our take away breakfast bec were checking out so early.....Thanks to Anna and Demetria if I’m not wrong...And esp.Anna who give us the most loveliest view of caldera room...

Atlantis is an excellent option to stay in Santorini. A great view from the restaurant (breakfast with good variety or nice meals ) is available with a great service from staff. You can order your drinks and relax with an AMAZING sunset from the hotel. The view from the room is also breathtaking, so we were very thankful by the opportunity to enjoy this hotel.

Lovely hotel with the best view ! Paying a bit more for the Caldera view was definitely worth it ! The staff was extremely kind and helpful... it all made our stay perfect, thank you !

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Anna and Gerisomos were fantastic. Great location and excellent sunset on the hotel balcony.
